A whimsical sign for a cabin or other outdoor space. I envisioned something that could be a gift for a husband or father that is a fishing aficionado, but may be more about relaxing and soaking up nature’s charms than trying to win a tournament.
This particular sign is on poplar wood, and has developed a very slight warp to it that gives it some extra rustic character while not impacting it’s ability to be placed in a window or hung on a wall. I used a special iridescent paint on the fish and lettering to give it a reflective look – just like a fish when the light hits it just right.
